Who we are

GPT Shop Ltd (company number 15766335, registered office Goodison Middleton, Winterslow, Salisbury SP5 1QR) is the data controller for personal data collected through party.gptshopltd.com. Contact: chris@gptshopltd.com.

What we collect and why

When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email address, payment details and billing country to take payment. We receive your email address, the order amount and the payment status so we can deliver your download, send a receipt and handle any refund or support request. Our legal basis is performance of a contract, and keeping accounting records is a legal obligation.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser only.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and security) act as our processors or independent controllers under their own terms. Some of their processing may happen outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Support emails are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email chris@gptshopltd.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
